Quarem™ provides comprehensive on-site training and complimentary web-based training during normal business hours for all versions of the Quarem ALT™ software.

On-site Training
Quarem™ account managers certified in Quarem ALT™ applications, travel to client locations to conduct thorough, in-depth training classes for new users. Training sessions are scheduled at our clients' convenience and usually take about four hours depending on the size of the class. The training includes an assessment of technical skills, hands-on use of the system and a class evaluation upon completion. Quarem ALT™ applications are very easy to learn, therefore our training focuses primarily on providing instruction to our clients on how to become more efficient and comfortable using higher-level functions of the software, such as collaborating with outside parties, generating documents and process management.

Web-based Training
We realize that clients may necessitate additional training with new upgrades or require full training for new employees. Quarem™ offers complimentary web-based training any time during normal business hours. Users still get comprehensive training for any specific aspect of our systems while eliminating the cost and time required to arrange on-site sessions. Training by appointment is preferred to ensure adequate time is reserved and the quality of the session is maximized.
